Welcome!!!I’m so happy that you FOUND me,

I'm Georgina a highly skilled and compassionate psychotherapist life success coach, supervisor and mentor with specialised expertise in relational counselling, addiction recovery and trauma-informed care. I also have extensive experience working with high performing individuals affected by anxiety, depression, and other mood-related challenges.

Psychodynamic Integrative psychotherapy is a holistic approach that combines techniques and theories from different therapeutic practices to address a wide range of mental health issues. Rather than relying on a single method, integrative psychotherapy tailors the treatment to the unique needs of each individual, drawing from various schools of thought such as Dramatherapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, humanistic approaches, EMDR trauma focused mindfulness and more.

We’ll dive deep into the hidden layers of your mind, unraveling the thoughts and emotions that have driven your actions. But this isn’t just about fixing what’s broken. It’s about unlocking your potential by harnessing the power of creativity, metaphor, breathwork, and movement. These aren't just tools—they're catalysts that shift your energy, elevate your consciousness, and connect you to your inner values.

More than 95% of my clients finish our work together feeling stronger, more connected, and ready to engage in their lives with renewed energy and understanding. Clients share that by embracing the process of change, their entire relationships begin to shift—communication improves, trust rebuilds, and a deeper, more positive dynamic emerges in all areas. The transformation is real, and it’s powerful. My goal is for you to leave our time together feeling empowered, equipped, and truly hopeful about the path forward.

Let's work together to reshape your story and build the life you truly deserve.

Georgina Helps couples,

I know you are facing one of the most difficult challenges of your life. Acknowledging the cracks in your relationship, and facing the profound grief and trauma of betrayal or disappointment, is incredibly painful. The hurt, loss, and shock can feel overwhelming, and it’s natural to feel lost or unsure of what steps to take.

In these moments of crisis, it’s especially important to avoid impulsive decisions that might impact you and your family in ways you may not fully see yet. This space is here to support you, helping you find clarity and strength in this complex, painful time.

Our work together is a chance to understand where you are, find healing, and rediscover a way forward. Relationships, no matter how strong, move through three essential stages: romantic connection, the inevitable disillusionment, and ultimately, a deep, committed partnership. Many couples are unprepared for the second stage, where reality sets in, and old patterns, insecurities, or unresolved wounds surface. When couples reach this stage, it can feel like the love is fading, or that issues are impossible to overcome. But reaching this point is actually a natural, even necessary, part of building a lasting relationship.

In our sessions, you’ll find support in working through this stage to rediscover each other, with new ways of communicating, recover from the trauma of infidelity, resolving conflicts, and build trust. Together, we’ll explore the harmful habits and unhelpful beliefs that may be keeping you from moving forward. With compassion, we’ll work to unlearn these patterns, giving you both space to heal and rekindle the connection that brought you together in the first place.

Whether your goal is to rebuild trust, recommit, or find peace in moving forward, I am here to guide you through each stage, helping you move toward a future of understanding, resilience, and fulfillment.

adults individuals & groups:

Many of my clients are leaders who carry significant responsibilities and feel overwhelmed or disconnected from their own sense of purpose. I love helping them find clarity and balance, whether that’s through small, steady changes or by supporting them as they make bold leaps toward a more fulfilling life.

I know you’re facing immense pressure—pressure to meet expectations, hit targets, and push for constant results. But in the midst of it all, have you checked in with yourself? Have you noticed any signs that you might be struggling beneath it all?

  • Withdrawal: Pulling away from friends, family, or activities you once enjoyed.

  • Irritability: Feeling frustrated or angry over small things more often.

  • Sleep Changes: Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much.

  • Substance Use: Using alcohol or other coping mechanisms to manage stress.

  • Physical Symptoms: Headaches, stomach issues, or other unexplained aches.

  • Hopelessness: Feeling trapped or like life has lost its meaning.

These signs aren’t just “personal issues”—they’re real barriers to thriving as a leader. As we fulfill expectations and drive toward outcomes, we often forget to ask: What do I genuinely want? Not only for myself but for my family, my team, and my own life.

True leadership isn’t about pushing through at any cost. It’s about finding alignment with what truly matters, recogning when we need support, and creating a healthier balance so we can lead with purpose. If any of this resonates, maybe it’s time to pause and reconnect with what you truly want and need.

The impact you have on those around you starts with how you show up for yourself. Let’s start by taking care of the one who’s always taking care of others: you.

My work is highly personalised to each individual. Some clients prefer to work in person, spending a day together once a month, while others enjoy weekly walking sessions in nature. I aim to create a space where you can step away from the usual routine and focus on what truly matters to you.

Ready to Transform Your Relationship with yourself?

Through our work together, you’ll uncover the powerful skills needed to reshape your connection, spark meaningful change, and communicate with clarity. Using a dynamic, integrative approach, I focus on three core pillars that fuel lasting change :

Change

Real change requires a deep look at how you arrived here and a bold vision for where you want to go. Together, we’ll identify the trauma roadblocks and unlearn patterns that don’t serve you—replacing them with intentional habits and insights to build a future you desire.

Connection & Communication

Rediscover what it means to truly connect with parts of yourself that feel difficult. We’ll break through communication barriers, unravel misunderstandings, and learn tools for open, honest awareness that nurtures self efficacy, courage and compassion even during difficult times. You will be supported to learn how to recognise and modify patterns, gradually rebuilding trust in yourself and others creating healthier, more fulfilling connections.

Coregulation

Emotional balance is everything. Coregulation is about creating harmony where you can find calm safety and stability, even in stressful times. I’ll guide you through techniques to stay grounded and process traumatic memories, reducing their emotional charge, so you can handle any challenge as they arise safely.

Through a collaborative process, we’ll design a roadmap for lasting change—a path to a resilient, thriving experiences built on trust and emotional depth. If you’re ready to break old patterns and create something truly meaningful together, I’m here to help you start that journey.

Together, we’ll dive into what’s holding you back, uncover the root causes, and build practical tools for lasting change. You don’t have to face this alone—let’s work to rediscover your authentic strength, find clarity, and create a future that feels lighter, stronger, and entirely yours.

  • Anxiety: Overwhelmed by constant worry and stress? I can help you regain control and find calm in the chaos.

  • Depression: Feeling stuck in a cycle of sadness and hopelessness? Together, we’ll work to lift the weight and rediscover your sense of purpose and joy.

  • Substance Misuse: Struggling with alcohol or other substances? I’ll guide you in breaking free from dependency, helping you build healthier habits and reclaim your life.

In addition to these core areas, I also support individuals facing challenges with bullying and harrassment, anger management, career issues, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and stress management.

Let’s work together to transform your life and empower you with the tools for a healthier, more fulfilling future.

WORKSHOP/RETREATS

Everybody should have access to a trusted support system, a community that allows a space where you can learn how to quietly transition into becoming more of who you are. An opportunity to relate with yourself and other’s authentically.

Authentic relating is not just being authentic, being real and honestly expressed, it's also recognising that we are in relationship with others, and that our expression has an impact on others, and that we are called to create a space in which others can be fully expressed as well.

Through my workshops and retreats. Here, we identify tools, which can enable you to enjoy happier, healthier relationships, greater self-confidence and the ability to achieve goals that may have previously felt out of reach.

These retreats are more than just a break—they’re essential resets for life and business. Stepping away from daily pressures allows you to reconnect with your leadership, rediscover your true nature, and reignite your inner peace and joy. Prioritising self-care isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity for thriving in every aspect of your life.

One powerful quote on the importance of community comes from the South African social worker and author Mamphela Ramphele:

"In the African worldview, the self is understood only in relation to others. We are because of others. Our sense of identity is rooted in our connection to our community, where each person's well-being is interwoven with that of others."

Take this time for yourself, because when you invest in your well-being, everything else falls into place.
